FST’s campus features two on-site box offices. FST’s Keating Theatre Box Office is open Monday - Saturday from 9AM-6PM and Sunday from 11AM-6PM. FST’s Hegner Theatre Wing Box Office is open pre-show and on most days.

Ticket Policies:

All tickets are good until show time. Our Box Office will be happy to help you exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same production up to 48 hours prior to your show. Subscribers enjoy the benefit of free, unlimited exchanges. Non-subscribers are still able to exchange tickets, though these exchanges incur a $5 charge per ticket. Lost your tickets? No problem. Just stop by the FST Box Office prior to your performance and we’ll reprint them for you. Click here for a list of more frequently asked questions about FST's ticket policies.

Print-At-Home Tickets:

Tickets can also be sent to you via email, with our convenient Print-At-Home Ticket option. If you are interested in receiving Print-At-Home tickets, please let an FST Box Office representative know at the time of purchase. You can also change your shipping method online to Print-At-Home. If you opt to receive Print-At-Home tickets, simply print them out on a home printer and bring them with you to the theatre or show them to a Box Office representative or usher on any mobile device. All previous ticket policies apply. Valid email address required.
